According to the magazine, Efron's topless appearance in Bad Neighbours, along with having his shirt ripped off by Rita Ora at the MTV Awards, had secured his place at number one in the 101 Hottest Hunks' list.

Meanwhile, George Clooney was placed at the 60th position, while Benedict Cumberbatch was at number 24 and Prince Harry scored the 32nd position.

Bradley Cooper, Gary Barlow, Jamie Dornan, Ryan Gosling and Henry Cavill made up the rest of the top ten.
