Deepika Padukone on her fashion icon, beauty regime, mental health awareness and more on 73 Qs with Vogue

Deepika follows the ‘live, love, laugh’ mantra which is also the name of her foundation that she set up in 2015 after speaking about mental health and her struggles on a public forum. She added that with age, she’s learnt to be honest and authentic, something she’s learnt from her parents.

Deepika Padukone was recently in New York to shoot for the cover of US Vogue. She shares space with 13 other female actors from around the world including Scarlett Johansson, Lea Seydoux, Eiza Gonzalez and others. Deepika Padukone is the second Indian celebrity to answer Vogue’s 73 questions in their hit video series after Priyanka Chopra in May 2017. She spoke about everything from fashion to beauty to her most extravagant purchase and went onto speak about how spreading mental health awareness was a liberating experience for her.

For the interview, Deepika was dressed in a black-blue satin shirt with a tie-knot in front and a pair of high-waisted purple pants. She left her hair open and let the soft curls flow. We additionally dig the perfect way she sports those thick eyebrows on her slender frame and gorgeous face.
