Designer sisters, Gauri and Nainika Karan, along with Grey Goose, hosted a party to showcase the duo’s Fall 2011 collection over some very innovative cocktails. The glam brigade turned up at Cibo in full force, to support them.

As ‘chocotinis’ did the rounds, we saw designers Varun Bahl, Namrata Joshipura, Shantanu Mehra, socialites Ameeta Seth, Ayesha Thapar and actor Mukul Dev, among others, letting their hair down while shaking a leg. Designer Rohit Bal sauntered in post midnight, feeling a little camera shy. But it was the presence of CWG delegates (yeah, some are still in town!) staying at the hotel, who dropped in for a while despite not being on the guest list, that added a punch.

The crowd refused to thin even post midnight, as an even larger number waited outside to be let in. When the bar’s open, the word travels fast!
