Kareena Kapoor Khans’s exotic wedding look in Veere Di Wedding is demure, ladylike and delicate – but with a hint of edge in tassel elements and an off-the-shoulder neckline. Here’s everything you need to know about Kareena’s bridal style.

Leave it to Kareena Kapoor Khan to give us the, well, dreamiest wedding lehenga of all. Regardless of your thoughts about the risqué subject matter of her film Veere Di Wedding that released on Friday, there’s no getting around the fact that Kalindi Puri aka Kareena’s bridal style in the film is stunning.

Without further ado, here’s Kareena’s gorgeous wedding lehenga — designed by Abu Jani and Sandip Khosla — that sent our jaws dropping to the floor:

Kareena’s fashion choices are always something to admire. (Remember these saree looks?) But she’s outdone herself with her wedding look in Veere Di Wedding. And rest assured, her bridal get-up is like nothing you’ve seen in other films or while wandering through online bridal designers or window shopping in front of bridal boutiques. Nope, Kareena’s romantic bohemian wedding look styled by the film’s producer an stylist Rhea Kapoor is rare, exotic and, maybe downright eccentric.

Oh, but are we mesmerised.

Kareena the bride was an ethereal vision, wearing the most magnificent, embellished mermaid-style lehenga. Her all-over embroidered lehenga was paired with an ultra glam well-fitted choli with an embellished sweetheart neckline and short off-the-shoulder sleeves with pearl-y tassel details that clearly exposed her flawless shoulders (and a little more).

Just look at that fit and flare — not to mention those shining accents! The best part is when you see Kareena’s lehenga close up, and you notice that it’s actually embellished with silver sequins and beads.

To complement the dreamy bridal look, Kareena wore a dainty pearl and diamond choker, and styled her hair in a messy low bun with stunning floral hair accessories. Opting for glowing skin and rosy cheeks to offset the pastel ensemble, she wore a slight smoky eye and mauve lips. We can’t deny this make-up look is giving us some modern wedding vibes as well. Stunning.

If Kareena’s Veere Di Wedding lehenga checks off all the boxes for your dream wedding look — luxe, feminine, and super flattering — take a look at some of these designer lehengas for a similar look:
