Whether Manushi Chhillar’s stepping out on the red carpet or hitting the streets to carry out her Miss World duties, she always makes a stylish splash wherever she goes. Case in point: Manushi’s latest showstopping little black dress look. A fierce and flawless dress from Appapop.

Miss World Manushi Chhillar’s style can be summed up in two words: Sweet and simple. But when the beauty queen showed up on our Instagram feeds looking like a beautiful gothic princess, she took our breath away.

Manushi posted a picture on Instagram on Tuesday in a dreamy little black dress (or LBD, as it’s commonly known) with the caption, “Maybe being normal is not my thing.”

While that caption is moving and relatable, it was Manushi’s LBD, a classic wardrobe essential, that had our undivided attention. The stunner went for a figure-hugging silhouette in a dress by Appapop with fringed detailing on the front. And she was basically a beacon of confidence.

Manushi’s strapless dress was a fierce and flawless assemblage, which featured everything from an above-the-knee hemline to a plunging sweetheart-neckline that served as the perfect backdrop for accessories. She chose to accessorise with Isharya jewellery (a black choker that appeared to have tiny beads on it) and a pair of nude peep-toes.
