A host of Bollywood stars such as Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham, Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt are acing military prints. Here’s how you can wear it too.

If there’s one fashion trend you can’t miss this season, it’s army print aka camouflage print. The style is hot on and off the ramp, hence, a must-have in your winter wardrobe. “Including military print in your wardrobe will add that perfect punch to the deep hues of winter fashion,” says designer Anand Bhushan.

The style has fans in Bollywood, too. Check out actors Shah Rukh Khan, John Abraham, Sonakshi Sinha, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt wearing the print.

As you jump on the bandwagon, think beyond military jackets and try out military print skirts, loose pants or crop tops. Men can opt for cargo pants, boots and sweatshirts in the print.

Not sure if it’ll suit you? ‘Camo’ is easy to pull off since it is not about its fitting but how you pair it. And for the colder months ahead, layering is your best friend. “Layer with contrasting or similar coordinated military-inspired prints. Or top up silhouettes like the parka, swing jacket or the pea coat,” says designer Nida Mahmood. “In this season to party, layer with sequins at night and denim during the day,” says designer Kalyani Chawla.

However, when styling, “remember not to over-accessorise the look,” advise designers Hemant and Nandita. Go on, let your military print get attention!
