Three persons died within 24 hours in three separate accidents in the city, in areas of which two are on the most accident-prone list—Sohna-Palwal and Kherki Daula.

A 20-year-old man died after a motorcycle allegedly crashed into his scooter near a private college on Sohna-Palwal road on Saturday morning, the police said. The rider of the motorcycle, who was also injured in the accident, has been admitted to a private hospital in Faridabad, the police said. The motorcycle has been confiscated by them.

In another incident, a 20-year-old pedestrian died after he was allegedly hit by a pickup truck, over 200 metres after crossing the Kherki Daula toll towards Manesar, on Sunday. The police said the deceased was rushed to the Rockland Hospital in Manesar where he succumbed to his injuries.
