With about $47.91M takings worldwide, "Django Unchained" has maintained its pole position gained on the weekend of January 21. "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters" is in second place.
The movie starring Gemma Arterton and Jeremy Renner earned $44M in 21 countries by January 27. This gory variation on the famous tale is at the top of the North American box office with $19M.
"Skyfall" is in third place. The 23rd "James Bond," which was in rankings limbo, took advantage of its release in China to claw its way back into the top three. The film made $35.4M compared to $3.15M the previous weekend.
