Deepika plays Serena in the movie that stars Vin Diesel in the titular role.

The black-and-white video features a very serious and ‘reckless’ Deepika and sums up her character -- Serena in three words flashing over her image -- reckless, relentless and fearless.

Going by the new teaser and some of the recent pictures shared by the film’s crew, the 3-year-old actress will certainly be ferocious.

xXx: The Return of Xander Cage stars Samuel L Jackson, Tony Jaa, Ruby Rose, Nina Dobrev and Donnie Yen. The film is scheduled to hit theatres in February 2017.
