In the last 24 hours, India reported 41,649 new Covid-19 cases and 593 deaths, the Union ministry of health and family welfare's (MoHFW) dashboard showed on Sunday. This is the fourth straight day when there were more than 40,000 fresh Covid-19 cases; however, the latest daily caseload was lower than the corresponding figures on the three previous days.
