Eleven Sri Lankan fishermen have been taken into custody for straying into Indian waters off Karaikal coast on Tuesday.

Eleven Sri Lankan fishermen have been taken into custody for straying into Indian waters off Karaikal coast on Tuesday.
A top police official said Indian coastguard personnel took them into custody when they were "fishing very much inside Indian territory". They were being brought to Mandapam camp near Rameswaram.
