14-days judicial custody of Telugu Dipak

A court in Haldia on Thursday remanded CPI (Maoist) leader Telugu Dipak to 14-days judicial custody in the Nishikanta Mondal murder case.

A court in Haldia on Thursday remanded CPI (Maoist) leader Telugu Dipak to 14-days judicial custody in the Nishikanta Mondal murder case.

Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate of Haldia remanded Dipak to 14 days judicial remand in the above case, when he was produced before him.

Nishikanta Mondal, a Trinamool Congress leader of Nandigram area was killed on September 22, 2009. The CPI (Maoist) had claimed responsibility in the case.
