21 Pak prisoners to be freed

Twenty one Pakistani prisoners who have completed their respective sentences, would be repatriated to their country through the land transit route at Attari on November 14.

Amritsar Central Jail Superintendent S P Singh told PTI in Amritsar on Tuesday that all the formalities including the emergency travel certificates were ready for handing over of the prisoners to the Pakistani authorities.

He said that out of 21 prisoners, 17 including two women were lodged in the Amritsar jail and rest four would be brought to Amritsar from Gujarat jail for repatriation.
