An estimated 65 per cent voters exercised their franchise in the repolling for three Lok Sabha constituencies in Assam, which went off peacefully.

The repolling was done at 14 polling stations in the three constituencies-- 9 in Kokrajhar parliamentary constituency, 4 in Mangaldoi and one in Jorhat, official sources said.

The exercise was necessitated following complaints of anomalies during polling in the second phase of elections in the state on April 23.

There was no report of any untoward incident, sources said.
