7 killed in bus mishap
At least seven persons died on the spot and 50 were injured, 20 of them seriously, in a bus mishap at Kupvi in Chopal area of Shimla district, about 110 km from here.

At least seven persons died on the spot and 50 were injured, 20 of them seriously, in a bus mishap at Kupvi in Chopal area of Shimla district, about 110 km from here.
The bus, which was overloaded, was on its way from Chopal to Dhar-Chanana when the accident happened.
Rescue teams, accompanied by doctors, have ben rushed to the spot but the spot is in a remote area and driving on snow-covered road at night is hazardous, Deputy Commissioner, Shimla, Onkar Sharma said.
The accident took place near a bridge where a utility van had fallen three days ago , killing three persons.
