The students, led by president of B Ed Sangarsh Samiti and student union leader Vinay Singh, expressed displeasure over the undue delay in the announcement of the results which had prevented them from appearing in various examinations and from applying for job.

In their six-point memorandum, they said the university authorities had stopped evaluation of answer sheets of B Ed students under self financed courses which was unjust.

The students were expecting help from the University officials.

According to reports, degree colleges had taken excess admission in comparison to the allotted seats under self-financed course of B Ed and to check the arbitrary attitude of the colleges, the university had taken the decision.

They said the authorities had stopped the evaluation work of only six degree colleges while the result of other colleges had been announced.
