Bhopal trounce Gandhi Nagar

In the keenly fought opening match, Kolkata ousted Sonipat 1-0. Bhopal registered their first win trouncing Gandhi Nagar 10-0. The visitors failed in every department of the game. However, Bhopal lost to Bangalore 0-3 in the second match. In the last match, defending champions Kolkata defeated Imphal 4-0.

Earlier, Arjuna award recipient Sunita Chandra inaugurated the tournament. Central Region Director AK Sharma and others were present on the occasion.
