BJP president Nitin Gadkari said on Monday that Organising Committee chief Suresh Kalmadi alone was not responsible for irregularities during the Commonwealth Games.
He claimed some files were cleared by the Prime Minister's Office too.
Gadkari added he would reveal details in Delhi on Tuesday.
