BU to issue degrees with mark sheets
THE BARKATULLAH University is contemplating to dispatch the degrees to the final year graduation and post-graduation students along with the mark sheets in order to make the process easier for both the students and the university.

As per the plan, an additional fee of Rs 250 would be collected from the final year students and degrees would be issued to them immediately after the results.
Vice-Chancellor R S Sirohi said that the matter is still under consideration but the idea is to issue computerised degrees to the students along with computerized mark sheets.
The data sheets are being filled up by the students so that their details could be stored in the computerised data bank of the university and check could be kept on all enrolled students, he added.
The vice-chancellor said that issuing degrees with mark sheet would not only help the students as they would have the document immediately available for use, but also the university that would not have to store the huge cache of records.
