CBSE Class X result on May 27

The result for class X students under Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) would be announced on May 27, its Chairman Ashok Ganguly said in New Delhi on Tuesday.

A total of 6,46,387 students -- 3,77,448 boys and 2,68,939 girls -- have appeared for Class X examinations which were conducted in March.

Altogether 9,568 students from foreign countries had appeared for the Class X exam.

The results, besides being made available at the respective schools, can also be accessed through SMS on mobile phones, Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) on phone as well as on the Internet.

Students can also log on to the websites cbse.nic and results.nic to access their respective results.
