Those expelled from the primary membership of the party for six years included minister in Gehlot Government Chandra Shekhar, PCC vice president Dula Ram and sitting MLA Ashok Tanwar, PCC general secretary Ramakant Vyas said in a statement.
All these rebels had been indulging in anti-party activities and were trying to cause damage to the Congress in the polls. There was no other alternative but to expel them from the party, Vyas added.
