Faridabad to get 25-storey tower

With a 25-storey tower, RPS Infinia - an IT and Business Park - on Mathura Road is going to be the tallest building in Faridabad by 2015. HT reports.

With a 25-storey tower, RPS Infinia - an IT and Business Park - on Mathura Road is going to be the tallest building in Faridabad by 2015.

The IT and Business Park is being developed by realty firm RPS Group, which plans to invest Rs. 600 crore in the project over the next three years.

The IT park is going to be spread over 7.5 acres, with a built up area of 10 lakh sq ft.

The group believes that the project would become an icon of Faridabad and could become a catalyst for growth of more IT infrastructure in the area.

"This project alone would provide 8,500 jobs to people living in the area who now have to travel to Delhi or Gurgaon to work," said Pradeep Seth, group CEO. The company will also develop 240 executive business suites in this IT Park.

"The project would be surrounded with greenery and we haven't also created any surface parking," he said.
