A hot curry laced with fenugreek, acts like a “winter elixir” and could help in keeping the winter cold at bay, claims Anglo-Indian chef Gurpareet Bains.
Fenugreek, a common ingredient in Indian cuisine, is rich with anti-viral properties that not only alleviate cold and flu symptoms, but also prevent it from developing into a nasty flu.
So go stock up your kitchen with the herb and keep the pesky cold away.
