It was mixed day for the Bhopal team. After winning a close 1-0 win against Lucknow on Wednesday, the hosts failed to stand against Kashipur. The aggressive strikers of the visiting team posed problems to the home team on various occasions. The comfortable win for the visitors could be gauged from the fact that the home team even failed to open the account. Kashipur won the match 3-0.
However, Bhopal ended the day with a win. Playing against strong Varanasi in the second match, hosts saw 1-0 win. Varanasi in their second match defeated Dhar 3-0.
The Bhopal will be in the semifinal if the team manages to defeat Dhar on Friday.
