Acid-producing foods include:

Peanut butter, cottage cheese, crab, eggs, fish, honey, lamb, chicken, mutton, bread, millet, maize and macaroni.



Alkaline foods include:

Dried figs, apricots, prunes, peaches, cabbage, banana, mango, turnip, sweet potato, spinach, carrots, grapes, potato, apple, watermelon and green leafy vegetables.
