Mohit Kanwasi (18) and his mother Sateshwari Kanwasi (38) were found hanging from the ceiling fan by the younger son, Ankit Kanwasi, who had returned from school after appearing in his CBSE final examination.

The boy immediately cut off the cloth and managed to bring down the bodies but both of his mother and mother had already died. Ankit fainted thereafter.

The police reached the spot and informed Mohit’s father Ramesh Singh, a transport manager , who had gone to the airport on official duty.

“I had received a call from Mohit who told me his mother had not prepared food for him. I called up his mother who did not respond,” said Singh.

Mohit passed out from school last year and was pursuing a course in air-cargo management at a training centre.
