Gupta opened his show with hunky guys who came strolling out dressed in solid coloured jackets and plaid golf hats and scarves around their necks. He then moved on to structured overcoats in charcoal and black worn with pants in natural fibres.
Working the much abused retro style – a mix of digitally printed tees and easy jodpurs and carpenter pants– the young designer even firted with an Indo-western look of sorts with kurtas and jeans, all accessorised with white birkenstocks and scarves.
Gupta suffered from a hangover of his own collection last year. One saw several repeats like the graphic tees, jackets and even accessories.
