When in 1996, I came to Guruji, I was hopeless, hapless and helpless. I had a strong feeling that no one cpuld cure me. But in twelve day's time Guruji gave me my confidence back, which I had lost for twelve years.
My problem was very complicated and painful. Though my mobility was increasing, the pain was sometimes unbearable. I used to complain a lot to Guruji and one day i asked him, 'Guruji do you think I can be cured anyday?' He said "Nivedita, five to ten percent injury will always be there with you as it is a permanent loss but always remember if we can't cure we can endure!!"
This single quote of Guruji changed my negative attitude into a positive attitude. After that, many quotes of guruji had a strong impact on my psyche and gave me direction when I was directionless and aimless and gave me peace of mind.
