The Uttar Pradesh Advocate General on Tuesday told the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court that AK Tripathi, accused of distributing the CD allegedly containing telephonic conversation of SP general secretary Amar Singh, will not be arrested till the charges against him are investigated.

Following the AG's submission, a division bench comprising Justice OP Srivastava and Justice Shailendra Saxena dismissed the matter.
