She lamented the Full Court references came to an end in which a departed member, whether of the Bench or Bar, was recollected by both the sides.
Of late, unscrupulous candidates had started using money and muscle power to win elections for their vested interests. Having failed to win over the sympathy of the real members of the association, these elements inducted members from all over the State, who donned their robes at the High Court only on the polling day, she alleged.
The association was flooded with members who had no concern about the problems plaguing the real but unfortunate regular practising members of the association.
Their grievances were not attended by the leaders who were elected on the basis of votes cast by the mercenary non-practising fraudulent members of this association, she added.
