Will chef du jour/ food darling of the year René Redzepi hold on to the top spot with the world’s best restaurant? For the 10th edition of the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards, all eyes will be on Redzepi, the 34-year-old Danish chef whose Copenhagen restaurant Noma has snagged the top spot for two consecutive years.
While the ceremony will be a red carpet gala at the historic Guildhall in London, food website Fine Dining Lovers will also be livestreaming the event on April 30 for the public.
