Denying that he wanted any key portfolio, RJD chief said, "I'm not Mamata Banerjee that I'll leave in a huff. I'll attend the swearing-in".
Denying he had left Delhi in a huff on Thursday after Congress rejected his demand for Home portfolio, RJD chief Laloo Yadav said, "I am not upset. I am not Mamata Banerjee that I will leave in a huff. I am going to attend the swearing in ceremony".

However, he said people pointing fingers at the cases against him should realise that former Defence Minister George Fernandes and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa also have cases pending against them.
"My case is only in trial Court and not with CBI or in the High Court," the RJD chief said after arriving in New Delhi.
Yadav said he was in the capital to get justice for unemployed youth, farmers, labourers and entrepreneurs in Bihar.
"Laloo has made prime ministers. We have got thumping majority in Jharkhand and Bihar. We are not for power. We have high regards for Sonia Gandhi. We have given our commitment of support to Congress... But I am not a child and I will take a well-thought-of decision (on joining the Government)", he said.
The RJD strongman added that he was looking for a firm commitment on Bihar package and not a mere assurance.
