1 Go for dark chocolates:

Dark chocolates are rich in antioxidants, which also help in maintaining healthy blood pressure and regulating cholesterol. Besides, the anti ageing and anti-inflammatory properties of cocoa that is present in dark chocolate adds on to the health benefits.

They do titillate your sweet tooth, however, certain studies suggest that unlike dark chocolate, milk chocolate lacks antioxidants and flavanoids. Besides, due to its artificially synthesised sweetness, it adds calories and causes hyperactivity and anxiety.

4 Don’t mix milk with chocolates :

The combination of milk and chocolates tastes very good, and many mothers in a effort to get their children to drink milk blend it with chocolates. However, certain researches indicate that doing so prevents the absorption of the healthy antioxidants by the body and they stay undigested.
