IT raids Mumbai doctors, ad agencies

The income tax department on Thursday conducted raids at the premises of several professionals and service providers in Mumbai, senior officials said.
The raids, which began on Thursday morning, were carried out at the premises owned or operated by doctors, interior decorators, advertising agencies among others, Director General (Investigation) SSN Moorthy told in Mumbai on Thursday.
