Justice YP Nargotra of the court's Jammu bench after hearing the arguments of lawyers on both the sides reserved the order in the case.

In a jam-packed courtroom, a battery of lawyers appeared for the petitioners who argued for about two hours and referred to various judgments of identical cases where the cases were transferred.

In another intervention application filed by local advocate YB Shukla in the criminal transfer case, Nargotra rejected it with the observation that applicant is neither a complainant nor accused, therefore, he has no locus-standi to intervene in the transfer application.
