Thesun.co.uk reports that Jolie is expecting twins with her partner Brad Pitt and she needs bigger shoes because her legs are swollen. She is also getting nauseous.

A source said: "She has gestational diabetes. She found out about a month ago. She's been seeing a nutritionist about it frequently."

This condition can be treated with diet and exercise and is curable. But the risk includes the development of Type 2 diabetes. Jolie also seems to be getting tired often while travelling to Texas where Pitt is filming. The source added: "She's sick and irritable and feels heavy and weak."
