LJP can provide third alternative: Baraiya

He told the Hindustan Times that the ten-year rule of Congress and two and half year rule of BJP in Madhya Pradesh has created problems for people. Hence the people are inclined towards third alternative, leaving the two-party system.

He asserted that only the LJP could provide the third alternative. He clarified that the two-party system would have ended in the last elections, but former chief minister Digvijay Singh and BSP chief Mayawati saved it. He claimed that the LJP has emerged as the third alternative in the State due to his struggle.

He said it was a mistake to accept the leadership of Mayawati. In fact, she was tying Rakhi to BJP leader Lalji Tondon. Now the time has come to not only defeat but drive away the Congress and BJP from Madhya Pradesh.
