MLAs have full faith in SP policy: CM

CHIEF MINISTER Mulayam Singh said victory of all the six Rajya Sabha candidates and seven Vidhan Parishad candidates of SP-RLD combine clearly indicate that parties MLAs have full confidence in the policy of Samajwadi Party.

CHIEF MINISTER Mulayam Singh said victory of all the six Rajya Sabha candidates and seven Vidhan Parishad candidates of SP-RLD combine clearly indicate that parties MLAs have full confidence in the policy of Samajwadi Party.

“The rival political parties including BJP, BSP and Congress left no stone unturned to ensure the defeat of the SP candidate, but in vain. The rival political parties even tried to allure SP MLAs but none of the MLAs fell in their trap”, he said.

Talking to the mediapersons after the declaration of the Rajya Sabha and Vidhan Parishad election at his official residence — 5 Kalidas Marg Yadav said, “We secured more vote than the strength in the Vidhan Sabha.”

Samajwadi Party did not believe in the politics of defection to secure victory of its candidate, he said and added that rival political parties keep close guard on their MLAs but we does not require such vigil on the MLAs.

“The victory in the Rajya Sabha election is the victory of the policy and programme of the Samajwadi Party. We are committed to build a better Uttar Pradesh”, Yadav said.
