“Now when he sees little hope of becoming the prime minister, Mulayam Singh is feeling desperate to become the chief minister which is why he goes on condemning ministers and bureaucrats every now and then,” RLD state president Munna Singh Chauhan said at a press conference here on Sunday.

He said most of the ministers and bureaucrats were Mulayam’s choice and there was no point in condemning them.

Alleging that the SP government had failed on all fronts, Chauhan said the RLD would launch a month long ‘apke dwar’ programme from February 12 to March 12 to expose the SP, the BSP and the BJP and mobilize public support for the RLD for good governance.
