Warning them against further laxity, the CEO said, "Some of you have crossed the limits. I will not tolerate this. Heads will roll in projects either stuck for long or moving at a snail's pace." "The laxity has not only deprived people of better facilities they so deserve, but the ever-lasting construction in some cases has also been causing great hardships to commuters on a daily basis."

The CEO admitted that some of the major projects, including the dream projects of chief minister Mayawati - such as Noida Park and a multi-speciality hospital - had been delayed. The chief minister will visit Ghaziabad early next month to open the first Metro line there.
