Iran's decision to resume work on nuclear fuel research despite Western opposition is "not negotiable", the country's chief official for the nuclear file Ali Larijani said on Wednesday.
"The secretary of the Supreme National Council (Ali Larijani) said Iran will resume research on the nuclear fuel cycle in the next few days and it is not negotiable," state television reported.
"We have said long before that the matter of research is not part of the negotiation, research has its own meaning and it has nothing to do with producing fuel industrially," Larijani said, speaking on the air.
