According to Dasna jail superintendent Viresh Raj Sharma, Nupur will soon approach court for permission. “She said that her family would soon go for permission from court to write the book on the murder mystery and would bring the facts behind the incident,” Sharma said.

Nupur intends to write a book, Mystery behind Aarushi — A story by an unfortunate mother. She has been at the jail since April 30.

Denying reports that some 17 pages of her book were taken away from her, Sharma said Nupur had not written anything so far.

“The jail manual does not allow us to provide the inmates with stationary items. She has to seek permission from the court before anything can be penned down. She is judicial custody and court will grant her permission,” he added.
