However, even after getting thrashed the owner could not muster courage to openly come out with the name of Vidhyak ji in the FIR.

ltimately an FIR against unnamed persons was lodged. The police and the district administration know well who that Vidhyak ji is but they too are powerless. Old residents of the city must be remembering Akhtar murder case on the premises of the Collectorate in full public view. CBI filed the charge-sheet in this case nearly ten years go but neither the case has begun till date nor were there any such chances as long as the writ of duo looms large.
