One killed in drunken brawl
A man was killed allegedly by a fellow villager after an altercation over a trivial matter at Akamba more in Gumla district.

A man was killed allegedly by a fellow villager after an altercation over a trivial matter at Akamba more in Gumla district, police said in Gumla on Saturday.
Ajit Minz and Jonas Khet on Friday went to a village market at Dumri and got drunk. On returning home the duo fought after an altercation broke out over some trivial issue, the police said.
Ajit died of the lathi blows he recieved from Jonas, the police said.
The police are looking for Jonas, who is absconding.
