The new menu at Olive, made of organic ingredients, is a treat for health junkies.
It offers summer melon salad with seasonal berries, toasted macadamia nuts, chilli-caramelised pecan nuts and Chimmichurri Arabian Sea Red Snapper with Horseradish yoghurt.
