
Over 100 cos taking part in IT Kerala
Over 100 companies from India and abroad are taking part in the third edition of IT Kerala that opens in Kochi on Tuesday evening.
The event is being held at the Infopark campus. Participating companies will be showcasing their latest products.
IT secretary PH Kurian said this was the second biggest IT event in the country after IT Bangalore and it would position Kerala as the most happening destination for the IT industry in the country.
"There would be a business-to-business section, a business-to-communication event and a job mart. A record 200,000 visitors are expected to take part," Kurian said.
"We will also showcase Kerala to all potential IT investors. The delegates include CEO, fund managers, financial analysts and an infrastructure conclave will also be held."
The National e-Governance Summit will be simultaneously on at Kochi from Feb 2-4 and 250 guests from around the country, including the chief secretaries of four states, are to take part in it.
