Talking to media persons here he said, though Pawar would be busy in Assembly elections in Maharashtra, our minister Adesh Partap Singh Karion would meet him in day or two in this regard.

Rice millers in Punjab had demanded that they would store paddy for milling this year if the FCI agreed to relax damage content norms for PAU 201 to five per cent from the existing 3.5 per cent.

The rice millers Association has also demanded more space for storing paddy citing shortage of space to store the milled paddy.
