A total of 195 youths applied for placements under the program,out of which 25 youths, including two girls were selected. Out of the successful candidates, 12 were selected as assistant managers in retail management, five as customer executive in 4G services and eight as legal assistants.

Keeping in view the recurring problem of youths selected under the program not being able to adjust to industry-conditions, the battalion, in coordination with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), organised a counselling session for candidates selected for various jobs.

Joining letters from the respective companies were handed over to the candidates by Doda deputy commissioner Mubarak Singh, and Rashtriya Rifles Commanding Officer.

The villagers of district Doda and parents of the candidates appreciated the efforts of Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, Doda for the assistance provided by them.
