They had rejoined BSP after the Allahabad High Court order asking the Speaker to decide afresh the merger of BSP breakaway group with Samajwadi Party.

Vacation Bench of Justice AR Lakshmanan and Justice Altmas Kabir posted the petition filed by Rajendra Singh Rana and four other MLAs for hearing on July 14 when the main petition challenging the Allahabad High Court order is scheduled to come up for hearing before a larger bench.
