BSF said that prima facie the six men seemed to be fishermen, who had entered Indian territory. They are now being brought to the BSF interrogation center in Koteshwar, where they would be questioned in detail. According to the BSF, during their regular patrol in the coastal region yesterday, the Kutch marine police had found an abandoned Pakistani boat, that contained a gas cylinder and some utensils. Following the discovery, an alert was sounded and all security agencies in the region increased patrolling.
